Finca La Fortuna is located in the neighborhood of VALLECITOS in the town of Jerico, Antioquia. Dolly has been living on the farm for over 40 years and raised 5 children on the farm. Doña Dolly handles most of the farm processing on her own with the help of two women workers that help with the picking.
The farm has over 7,000coffee trees in addition to citrus trees and a few cows.

Town: Shakiso, Danbi Uddo Kebele, Shakiso District. Varietals: Local Herlioom. Altitude: 1850 - 2100 masl. Gigesa is a small town in the Danbi Uddo Kebele, not far from the town of Shakiso in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia. The Gigesa washing station shares the name of the town and collects cherries from 850 coffee growers in the area, each holding approximately 2-5 hectares of farm land, all over 1800 meters above sea level. Freshly picked cherries are delivered to the Gigesa washing station and immediately put into a “floatation tank” to separate lower quality cherries. The coffee is then left under shade...
